Take a mindful stroll through Circle Sanctuary land as we acknowledge the remaining aspects of winter, enjoy the emerging signs of spring, and appreciate the unique ecology of Circle Sanctuary. Our route will depend on land conditions and those taking part. Techniques for enchancing mindful awareness in Nature will be utilized. Be prepared for standing and walking in any weather conditions, including sturdy walking shoes and drinking water. 10:15am Wild Spring Edibles: Nourishing your Body and Invigorating your Spirit with Master Herbalist Rebecca Lingenfelter Come and explore the magical and healing uses of early spring edible greens. After winter, these greens are often the first ones seen in the wild and in some yards. These early wild greens are full of vitamins and help nourish the body. 10:15am Family Programming in the Summer Kitchen with Rev. Florence 11:15am Break 11:30am Community Egg Hunt! Bring your basket and gather at the Maypole! All ages are welcome and encouraged to join in the fun and prizes! 12:00pm Lunch - Spring Picnic! (location TBD according to weather) Please bring your own sack lunch and drinks and join us for community time around the table! Please no peanut products! The Resource Shop above the Temple Room will be open during lunch! 1:00pm Springtime Renewal & Rebirth with Rev. Selena Fox Creating and working with spring imagery, ceremonies, chants, and customs for revitalizing self, healing from loss, dispelling despair and stimulating growth and joy. Your presenters will guide you through creating your own magical Florida water, demonstrate its use in cleansing your energy, aura, and home, and offer blessings on your spring-cleaning tools. Niki is a Circle Santuary member with a passion for integrating spirituality into everyday practices. Merrie is also a Circle Sanctuary member with expertise in holistic wellness and energy work, focusing on harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit.
