Es obvio que esto, en muchas ocasiones, lleva a una mejoría en la vida de las personas y en la calidad de la misma. Sin embargo, en tiempos antiguos, los trastornos mentales eran vistos de una manera muy distinta y tenían, incluso, una consideración semi-divina.

Lugares Sagrados ~ Caminho de Santiago: Em outubro vamos percorrer histórias do Caminho de Santiago junto com Natalia Ferreira. O ato da caminhada como processo de espiritualidade e interiorização é tão antigo quanto a humanidade, e pessoas de diferentes crenças podem encontrar transformações profundas em uma longa jornada a pé. Natalia foi relações públicas, assessora de imprensa e produtora de eventos, por mais de vinte anos, e mudou sua vida depois que foi fazer o Caminho de Santiago. Ela hoje é proprietária de um albergue em Puente la Reina, recebendo peregrinos do mundo todo, e escreveu o Oráculo das Virtudes, publicado em português e espanhol.
