Please read the following important information!
Limited tickets being sold: 500 tickets will be sold for PSG 2026 and then a waiting list will be created. You must pay for your registration within 48 hours from the time you register to have a slot in these 500 tickets being sold - if not paid, your registration will be cancelled. Registering will not hold you a space! When more tickets become available, we will create a waiting list and fill any available tickets via the list and then invoice you for your ticket.
Merchants: If you registered as a merchant, please watch for an email from the merchant coordinators, Willow and Leigh, to complete the registration process. Also, please review the merchant guidelines and FAQ's at: Circle Sanctuary - Merchanting
Car Permits: Due to limited spacing, we are returning to the issuance of car permits. YOU MUST HAVE A PERMIT TO HAVE A VEHICLE AT YOUR SITE! On your registration, please indicate if you are camping in your vehicle (which will have one color of a pass) or you are using for storage (which will have another color pass). Note the reason you need the permit in the comments section of registration. Limited passes will be available. Please make plans now to create storage at your campsite as limited vehicle storage permits will be issued. Shuttles will run to take you to and from off-site parking area during certain times daily. Time to be determined Spring 2026.
RV's/Motorhomes/Large Campers: There is required information that needs gathered during registration. If you registered you were bringing a camper, and then decide not to, you MUST notify us. And likewise, if you didn't register a camper, you MUST notify us as space is very limited. All RV's/Motorhomes and pull behind trailers (not pop-ups) should try to arrive opening Sunday from 9am-11am for assistance in parking.
RV Electric: There are very limited campsites for RV/camper electrical service that will mostly be used by food vendors, staff, and guests. During registration, if you asked to be added to the waitlist, please know they will be accepted in the order received. You will be invoiced $225 for the cost of the site later. This fee must be paid within 10 days, or we will move to the next waiting person.
Cabins or bunks: Limited cabins and bunks are available and will likely sell out opening day of registration. When that happens, you can add yourself to the waiting list at time of registration. If a spot becomes available, the Circle office will notify you and send an invoice which must be paid within 10 days, or you will lose your place in line, and we will move to the next person on the waitlist.
Workshop Proposals: Would you like to submit a workshop proposal? Click: Pagan Spirit Gathering 2026 - Workshop Proposal Form – Fill out form to submit yours today. Workshop proposals are being accepted until March 31, 2026. Please note each person may only submit 2 adult workshops for consideration. You can submit as many meet and greet events, or young people workshops as you would like.

Gate passes: Gate passes will be mailed the end of May beginning of June.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations requested before May 31, 2026, will be refunded minus a 15% service fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 31, 2026.
