Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you find that you are not able to attend a festival or other event at Circle Sanctuary Nature Preserve as planned, please let us know as soon as possible.

Written cancellations (email preferred) with refund requests received five days before the start of the event will be issued after the event, less half the registration fee for processing. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than five days before the start of the event.
